SCHOLARSHIPS
ZACk DOWNEY SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
This scholarship is open to a graduating student of Lambrick Park School (girl or boy) that has attended the school for a minimum of 2 years and is moving on to a Post Secondary Institution in the fall. The student must have participated in a least one high level sport during their time at high school. This award cannot be deferred and is chosen by a panel that includes Mike Chewpoy and the Downey family. Click PDF icon for more info and application form. JOHN MARGARITIS MEMORIAL FUND
This scholarship is open to one or more current students of Lambrick Park School (girl or boy). Scholarship will be awarded to a student who demonstrates a love for/passion for the game of baseball/softball, continually makes an effort to improve skillset, is a student in good standing in both academy and non-academy classes. If needed, family group income/occupation will be provided to fairly determine financial limitation.
The award will be funded through the annual grant from the John Margaritis Memorial Fund held at the Victoria Foundation which will be allocated each March to School District #61 for the purposes of the John Margaritis Memorial Award at Lambrick Park Secondary. A thank you note from the recipient(s) will be welcomed and shared with family members.
